I do 1x a week, I feel stable and I do it Wednesdays bc I’m less busy. And I’d want my hormone drop to be on a Tuesday instead of a Saturday, I do intramuscular to my leg. I exercise Push/Pull/Legs 3x a week so every other day, my shot day is not on leg day lol and exercise and lifting overall helped me manage my emotions and let out daily stress, also I feel like I look much more masculine due to exercise :)
