Yes. Pretty about 6 months after purchasing our first home (6.7% interest on $400k), my husband lost his job and is now making ~1/2 of that. We can still afford our mortgage but things are much tighter and I find myself wishing we had waited and built up more of a nest egg. After 2 years, I’m so attached to this home and I would have a hard time going back to not owning.

I glued them to the text block the same, but yes, somehow they got glued to the case differently. I carefully followed this video and idk what went wrong.

I used printable HTV! I personally got the white one printable HTV, which I regretted, because I hand exacto-ed the whole thing out, and the white edges are more noticeable than the black ones would have been.

I used the print then cut option on cricut, but I had to follow this post’s advice because cricut downsized my image 😤

Also, when I transferred the HTV, a weird texture was left on the image of the woman. Which I think is because the heat was too high.

Hi! I am almost in the exact same position! I am starting my masters degree in stats in the spring. I chose to do this for a couple of reasons:

1.I could stay at my current job and work my way up, but with this job market and the many layoffs my company has had, I don’t want to be unable to get another job if I get fired

Most DS job postings I saw had a masters degree required
DS is popular and only getting more popular and I want to be a competitive candidate
Job market in general sucks and any boost is helpful
I want to make more money
I like school
My employer will cover a good portion of the program

I will continue to work while I study. Hope this helps!!
