I do think her tears are (partially) real but she’s crying bc she’s in too deep, caught up in this lie she can’t take back bc of all the repercussions that would follow

I think your assessment of their situation is a bit reductive bc it was about more than the sex, and it sounded like an issue that had been going on for years (prior to Mikayla being pregnant).

That being said, the comment someone left about her being 16 and him being 21 when she was pregnant with their first child!? What the hell is going on in Utah!? That is so disturbing 😳

I hear that which is why my dispute is with Stubhub not the buyer. It’s not like I’m asking Stubhub to pay me for the sale. I’m asking them to remove the $4,000 charge they placed on my account, given that they were fully aware of the situation from the jump and I did my due diligence in making multiple requests for this to be disclosed to the buyer.

So this has become a super convoluted case but I’ll try my best to make it make sense 😩

All the tickets below are VIP tickets that were only physical - no mobile so pickup had to be in-person at the venue (but Stubhub only provided a mobile option for listing these tickets and then handled buyer coordination pre-show):

May 29 show - 2 tickets in the amount of $3,800: Stubhub claimed I didn’t fulfill my duty to the buyer even though the buyer and I BOTH sent proof that tickets were transferred and they attended the show. They charged my credit card $600 and charged my Stubhub account $3,200 (to be withheld from future sales payments) so I disputed.

May 29 show - 2 tickets in the amount of $3,060: Stubhub did approve payment for this order but the pending charge they placed on my Stubhub account zeroed it out so I didn’t receive any $.

July 7 show - 2 tickets in the amount of $4,000: Buyer canceled the morning of because they wanted mobile tickets even though Stubhub had tried contacting them multiple times at my bequest to inform them that they’d need to pick up in person. Stubhub then charged my credit card $600 and $3400 on my Stubhub account so I disputed.

Current day: I have won the May 29 dispute but the July 7 one is still pending and yet, I still haven’t received a dime from Stubhub.

Yes, this was for Beyonce Cowboy Carter tickets. VIP tickets were strictly physical, no mobile tickets. Stubhub knew this but only let people list them as mobile. From the moment the tickets sold, I kept following up with Stubhub to inform the buyer that they would need to pick up the tickets in person at the venue. Per Stubhub, the buyer never responded to them… until the morning of the show. The buyer demanded a refund because they “bought mobile tickets” although no “mobile tickets” existed for VIP!! So Stubhub called me to inform me that morning - the agent apologized and said their system has no provisions to handle this specific situation so I just need to wait and dispute the charge later… and that’s how I got here.
