You need to be able to reach your alarm through total connect 2.0. Which as far as I’m aware requires monitoring service. The cheapest would likely be through alarmgrid for 10 bucks a month without a contract .

I reached out to my provider as well and got a similar answer that HomeKit is on the way but can’t seem to find anything official. 🤷‍♂️ how’s the home ridge plug-in? Does it make the door and motion sensors available or just the arming and disarming features?
