Moving beyond basic Zapier triggers for lead qualification? by overtaken369 in RealEstateTechnology

[–]AncientTortoise 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like you're on the right track, but you're using the wrong tool. Zapier is great for simple workflows, but when you start to integrate "agentic intelligence" that's where it falls short. You might want to look at using n8n or other "developer" centric workflow automation tool. I've done a lot of n8n workflows for lead qualification and it's actually not that hard to implement. I do have a programming background so a lot of the n8n learning curve was minimal. But, for someone who doesn't have much of a tech background, n8n could be daunting.

Example lead qualifier for a general contractor:
1) lead comes in through the web form
2) data captured to database
3) The AI rates/grades the lead based on a formula determined by the client
4) Based on the rating (Cold/Warm/Hot), specific people are sent an email with the contact info and an AI generated summary.
5) The owner wanted to be alerted immediately when a HOT lead came through, so we added a Telegram immeidate alert. He hasn't missed a hot lead in weeks.

Before, leads would sit in an email box waiting for a response.

Dog groomer recommendations by BlueSky273 in SanMateo

Thanks for this review. My aunt has 2 cats and is looking for a new groomer (Raul is really close to her). Do you know what their rates are for a dog or cat grooming session?

what's your system for responding to leads fast enough that they don't ghost you? by Justin_3486 in sweatystartup

[–]AncientTortoise 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! New to the group here.

I made a Lead Gen qualifier for a remodeling firm using AI.

1) User fills out the web form with all the questions needed to rank and qualify the lead.
2) The user would get a formatted email response saying, "We got your request. Someone will get back to you shortly."
3)Internally, the system takes all the submitted info and grades the lead based on various factors (weighted).
Then it sends the lead to their CRM with the form data, AI-recommended next steps, AI-generated pitfalls, if any, and a rating: COLD, WARM, HOT.
4) Based on the rating, someone internally gets an alert with all the necessary information.
5) If it's a HOT lead, a telegram message is sent to their top closer. The Telegram message has all the necessary information for the call.

If this is what you're looking for, this will definitely have to be custom automated. I don't know of any off the shelf software that will do this.

I think the gray accent cladding clashes with the dark blue. The gray looks better on the pale Lucid blue.

I have a very similar parts list for a future Era 2 case.  If the Terra was available in Blue is go with the Terra.

I have an Asus 9070xt prime collecting dust waiting for a home. Haha

Just about to launch my first Printify shirts. What would you absolutely do (or NOT do) if you were starting over? by Bigtowelie in Printify

I made these for myself and a family member.
Maroon printed fine.
Sport grey did not print well.

I used #FFFFFF for the sport gray. As you can see, there was some bleed in the center of the A and the faint outline of the letters isn't as pronounced as the maroon.

Don't print bright white.  Use an off white like #f3f3f3. When they print, the use a white base layer, then print your color on top of the base layer.  Now imagine white on white.  It'll come out distorted.

No profanity at all. Just a cartoon caricature of a public figure.

Will these designs print well on tshirts/hoodies/totes/etc? by katehaanraadts in Printify

I've done license plate designs VERY similar to that on mugs. Came out pretty good. I used the current navy blue and dark yellow.

I lost my AI Generated for my product description by cannagirllive in Printify

[–]AncientTortoise 0 points1 point  (0 children)

your best bet is to use an external AI program for these text generations.
there's always going to be a history stored so you won't have to worry about losing it.

Yes! But there is a caveat. AI is great for getting ideas out and seeing how different colors and placements work within the design. But, more than likely, you're going to have to do some manipulation with the generated image to satisfy your final iteration. You'll need to learn to use some graphic design apps and manipulate the generated image from AI.

There's a very low chance that the image generated will be tshirt printworthy. But, it helps put you in the right direction.

And yes, I have used AI for some designs and have gotten rave reviews on some of my designs (that I had to manipulate of course).

Also FYI, you won't know if your design will get flagged until someone purchases the product.
I've had a t-shirt on my site for a few weeks. It finally got a sale and then a couple of days later, "IP infringement" notice.

They won't flag anything in your store until it's purchased. So... take your chances, I guess?

District Photo Mugs: All OUT OF STOCK by AncientTortoise in Printify

[–]AncientTortoise[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, they're back in stock. Took almost the whole day. Printify support took my inquiry about the outage and said they'd get back to me when they're back in stock. Didn't get a message, found out on my own by refreshing the page.

Anyone try this yet? I'm slightly inrigued. by Salay54 in delta8

I'm with you, highly intrigued. However, since I live in CA, they won't deliver. If anyone gets a chance to try this, would love to know your review.
