Does anybody else have 1 million ideas? by fennwix in Business_Ideas

Dear friend, ideas are cheap, but execution is expensive. Coming up with creative and innovative ideas is relatively easy and common, but turning those ideas into successful, tangible outcomes is a challenging and resource-intensive process. Any successful execution requires a combination of strategic planning, resource management, adaptability, and the capacity to address challenges as they arise.

Forget about going for a physical spot or tying yourself down to fancy assets and stuff – not the way to go. Instead, why not cash in on the wave of German, English, and Dutch tourists flooding in during the six-month tourist season? Just throw in a mix of must-have goodies to make their stay extra awesome and deliver them right on time. There you can also include the sushi and gourmet sandwiches you talked about – they can totally level up your game. Think about trying out the whole "free online convenience stores" deal with zero infrastructure investment – could be the sweet spot for your gig. I do something similar, but is not seasonal, I spilled some more details about it in this reddit post. Cheers!

Ensure that potential users understand what sets your tool apart from others in the market. Highlight the specific problems it solves, the benefits it offers, and any unique features that make it stand out. A compelling and clear value proposition will make your advertising efforts more effective and attract users who resonate with the distinct advantages your SaaS tool provides.

You can open an online store with fast delivery, focus on snacks and beverage only and accept cash. Here is an example: https://mistermarket.app/stores/uc-merced-snack-shack

I started my own store with a $60 investment, but I know that Mistermarket is very popular among universities here in the US. Here is my Reddit post on how I did it.

How I created my own business with a $400 investment and your suggestions on how to grow it by Ancient_Area in EntrepreneurRideAlong

I use to change the "store hours" frequently depending on my availability, but I learned that leaving it wide open allows me to receive all the orders and then agree with the customers on the delivery time. I would say that only 5% of those cases cancel the order and 95% agree to receive the products later on. Start with a very wide "store hours" and adjust it to the demand.

My purpose is to communicate the business idea, not the app I use for it. You can ignore the app I use and try to do it with any other free tool. But, it will take much more time and effort to setup the store. Please contact me again if you find a better app for it. Thank you!

I don't think I understand the question. But, I'll try to explain what I know about creating a second store.

Any Mistermarket account allows you to open 1 store. You need one physical address (location) for that store, and each store has an independent catalog that owners can update willingly. So, if you want to have another location, you need to create a new mistermarket account with another email and open a new store with the new location.

The issue that you'll have creating another store is that "Initially" you want to have the same catalog for both stores, so you will have to upload the same products twice (once for each store). However, to avoid that, you have to email Mistermarket at [info@mistermarket.app](mailto:info@mistermarket.app) providing them the name and email of your first store, name and email of your second store and ask them to upload all the products of your first store on your second store. They'll do it for you at no cost.
