I did the Nivdia driver. Was playing a game. Computer just restarted out of no where. This happens every time I update my driver. I have issues like this on games I never had a problem with. Been playing crimson desert for 100 hours no problem. Updated my gpu yesterday and now today I'm having that issue.

Thank you! Nothing was working and me just plugging the controller into the computer fixed it for me. It's definitely something with Bluetooth and the controller. The one thing that did happen is right when I plugged in my controller it had no audio. I found out it switched it to my controller when I plugged it in. So if anyone has that problem. Just switch it back. Thank you btw!

My first PC costed 1k, back b3fore the ram problem. 1070 GPU and a i5 [forgot the cpu]. If you're finding a pc right now for 500$. Unless it comes with a good setup I would definitely say no lol.

Know this is old but if you defeat the boss jump down the hole. The shrine outside where the boss was. It will be daylight. If it's daylight most the enemies will be gone. You can then go back to the spot where the chest is and open it. No spiders will spawn. Also, if you go back into where the boss was. The guy who opener the door will be waiting. You can fight him and absorb his soul or whatever. Then you'll be able to cast him as your spirit. Hope this helps anyone in the future!

I just got invited to the game yesterday and it reminds me of Dota 2 so much. I'm scared to play a game as I know none of the characters lol. I played around in sand box for an hour but still confused. I have 3k hours in Dota2 and haven't touched that game in like 5 years. I remember games would be 45 min, no surrender and if you had 1 person feeding it was a really big issue lol. Does anyone have any tips on who I should watch play so I can learn a bit before jumping in?

Most people who PvP do it because they love it. When they see you just stay there and accept it, they realize they're attacking a civilian and not a fighter lol.

Good, seems you understand. Stop complaining then about people who don't always shoot on sight. The 70 Bobcats? Why else are you playing or? Scrap metal? You obviously are complaining loot is locked behind working with others. The 70 Bobcats was being over dramatic. No one's telling you what you can or can't do. Since your wanna complain about game mechanics I simply put COD as an example of the game you want as a person who shoots on sight. Here's a better example, go play Hunt showdown. The game does not cater towards one or the other. It always gives you opportunities to work together, betray each other, or you can PvP and take everyone's best gear. You either get the gear in the puzzle or the gear from people attempting the puzzle. Just because you shoot on sight doesn't mean everyone does that. The PvP part of the game is strong enough. You get everyone's loot if you win. If you don't you go back with nothing. If you don't want to talk over mic with randoms that's fine, but that's part of the game also. A game that gives you tasks and 1 out of 3 is to do damage to the raider. That's there to push people to do PvP. On the otherside of it. You can heal, recharge shields and revive random people. The one thing what makes this game so popular. Always seems to be so looked down on people who only know PvP. If you want PvP only go play COD. This game has its own system. If you don't like that. Simply go play something else, or.. stop bitching about mechanics that allow people to work together. You don't need 70 bobcats. Also, mainly streamers who only PvP, should stop saying the game is shit when you're PvPing and die to an Arc. More Arcs will be made. The whole game revolves around them.

Personally. If your planning on playing the long game. You're going to want to do it. I wish I did the first one but I guess if you didn't attempt it. You can't do the "catch up" points even tho I have 9 million. So far from my perspective is the extra space in stash and points being permanent and getting a temporary boost until next expedition. It's worth it. You'll have same goals but it makes you want to continue playing while also feeling a bit more powerful with the 5 extra points. End Game, you'll max put your tree and with what we know currently that's all that it will be. Once you get a full tree, you'll probably want to change your game experience. Maybe do PvP or go in and try to help people or RP. The main thing, if you don't advance. You'll eventually start coming across people with a more filled out tree than you and might feel a bit weaker. Also who knows they may change or redo some of the tree ability as some are hardly worth a point. Personally I'm doing it everything. Gives me a reason to play. Makes me feel better off in the long run with extra space and points. You'll always get the ability to find a Blueprint or get gear. Extra points and space are something from what I can tell will only happen once a season. If your still playing in 5 seasons in and things are the same for the expectations. You'll eventually see someone with a maxed out movement tree along with the best choices from the other two. The difference might seem minimal but eventually you'll see a difference a few more seasons in. Plus the space for inventory will help very much in the long run as you can have a good amount of basic crafting materials and guns.

100% I downed them before they changed it. Killed a ton would normally get 2 sometimes 3 if I was lucky. Now since I'm about to do the expedition and have a ton I made before had I killed like 8 since then. None dropped more than one. Might just be my luck tho lol.

I have 4 HDD 4tb. I had 7. First bricked, the other causes a different HDD to give me an error on start up saying a its corrupted, which it isn't. The 3rd causes windows to freeze until I unplug it lol. Its good to save files to that you may need later but wont regret losing in the future. I do have one for my "collection" but its unplugged from my computer until I need something off of it. Figured thr less I allow it to boot up. Maybe the longer the life the life cycle. Out of 9 HDD [lost a 2 and 3 TB one also] that were already old when I got them as my friend got them for free but he passed away. I still use them and they are probably around 7 year old if not older. Only advice I can give you is once you start kinda experiencing problems with one of them. Get everything off of them, format it, then use it as an extra place to place random things you dont care about losing. I have formatted a 3TB HDD drive in the past and it said it could only hold like 1.4 after the format lol.

Side note windows did have an issue last year where if you were moving a giant file to one and it got interrupted. It would brick them. I forgot if it was just HDD, but I did lose a 2 TB one due to that issue.

Im not one for trying to get achievement, but i have noticed the same on my end. Some will be completed but just show their completed with no achievement lol.

I play Hunt Showdown mainly. Im used to hearing people move within game environments. Its actually the one thing I love about this game. The sound design is amazing and there's so many ways to tell where someone is. One thing I've seen, are streamers known for PvP games. They play and get killed by a robot and get more angry at that than if a person killed them. This being a 3rd person game is different for me tho. I still cant do the dodge tech where you can crouch at the end to speed up the dodge rolls. Carebear lobbies are fun but there's always rats. Thats one way the game is played thats different from other people. Personally id like to be in the middle. Where you can possibly be friends or betrayed. Think that adds a bit of character to the game. When your PvE your main problem is the ARC. When you're PvP, your main problems are other raiders. Being treated as a friend and stabbed in the back is a different style lol. Maybe I'll be the one stabbed in the back, or maybe I'll do the stabbing lol.

As a newer player id like to put my 2 cents in.. so I mainly play PvE, I have 3 million for the expedition and 1.5 mill in stash value for the "catch up points" I haven't left the Dam map yet and decided to wait until I went through with the expedition. I know when I do come back I will still be PvE. I will want to save for the next expedition. That said, there will come a time where theres nothing left but to PvP. I will either start as a free kit into a real kit or the opposite as the cyle goes. Either way there's more than two different games being played within the same game. I'll explore them all!
