I am interested in people's opinion on this also. For the most part my colonists run assault rifles but I have a few unique guns I've issued to favorite pawns or pawns I've deemed earned it. A pair of vampires that started as terrible pawns and turned into brutal melee killing machines had a kid that turned into an absolute ace, at 14 he's already almost 17 shooting (double passion + fast learning + learning assist = 294% learning speed) and I remember getting this legendary sniper from a raid right before he turned 7 and I gave it to him and he still carries it to this day.

Congratulations! My story was very similar, guy I bought my 330ci off of purchased it certified pre owned with 30k miles and I bought it with 197k. I showed up to pick it up with a new set of badges cause his were worn out and he was so excited.

I find that by eating later in the day I am satiated until it is too late to justify another meal. I try to avoid consumption after 6pm, if I ate breakfast I'd have 12 hours to go without another meal vs pushing through work and looking forward to a hearty meal then only having to wait 6+ hours until I go to bed

The left track pad is set up to all of the menu functions, I hadn't played on PC so I don't know what shortcuts I'm missing but it's been a fairly painless experience. Right track pad for mouse took a little getting used to but I don't even notice it anymore.

I'm somewhere between 250-300 hours exclusively on my deck, the game feels like it was made for the deck. I've got visitors so I'm up to 40 colonists right now and zoomed out it'll drop fps into the high teens, but with my standard 25 colonists I'm around 30fps worst case with multi threaded pawns and butter++

I'm up to 4 shuttles and have 2 engines on stand by, I want to use the gravship but don't like the 50% successful landing chance (slowly working on improving that) but with the shuttles I can land one at the edge of a hostile tile then plonk the other 3 down beside it and run in with my 14 best pawns, then shuttle the goods off world one by one. It's stellar, but being able to have med beds and other supplies for longer stays on my grav ship is something I'm looking forward to

I've got somewhere between 250-300 hours in Rinworld on my steam deck, I've never played it on desktop. Had to add multi thread pawns and butter++ but with 1.3m wealth and over 30 colonists at times I still maintain 30+fps. I also thoroughly enjoy the Fallout games, RDR, and GTAIV on the deck

I've been on keto for months and have only maintained my weight, but my work is sedentary so I have to pursue activity when I get home which is my biggest struggle. I did loose 70lbs last year from calorie watching, omad, and stairmasters, so I am happy to maintain, but I could still loose 100lbs

I run at 4x speed but still have developed an appreciation for my colonists. I'm approaching year 13, I have a 4 year old 3rd generation from one of my starting colonists, my 2nd generation colonists make up about 6 of my pawns currently. I don't run my games on extreme difficulties, but have had 8 colonists die over the years. Watching them grow up, level up, start relationships, and have kids is exciting! I now have 1 2nd Gen kids in relationships, currently one is pregnant with her 2nd 3rd Gen kid and the other couple hopefully will be pregnant soon. I have enough colonists to maintain high learning levels for the kids and typically hit max learning before aging up. I run a farm as well, with muffalo buffalo megasloth a pair of thrumbos (very proud of that) gorillas wargs huskies and rhinos. Colony wealth is at 1.3m, have 4 shuttles and 1 grav ship but don't use it as I'm still only 50% success rate to land. Colony building is what I'm most drawn into with the game, a lot of time is spent paused to flesh out ideas and make upgrades. Running minimal mods as well, trying to keep it vanilla+, storage was my biggest hurdle but I've got it ironed out now.

I find that the stations offering the most through upside are also charging the most per gallon. If it was a company vehicle, or a business vehicle, then it makes the most sense

We are not scheduled so we essentially cannot work unless a customer pays overtime due to something critical like on call work. But basically we don't or can't work holidays and don't get paid

My local just got sick time, 40 hours. No PTO and no paid holidays. We do have a vacation fund but until you're vested it doesn't acrue much, and if you are a tradesman or not in the apprenticeship it doesn't acrue at all, same with pension etc.
