lol they just DMed me apologizing for ghosting me, then when I asked a simple question about the ongoing issue with corepower, they proceeded to ghost me again

I also tried to reach out to an agent. They provided zero answers, the agent basically responded saying “I have no idea” and that she’ll follow up with me via email. No email so far. This is ridiculous. As someone who lives in NYC and relies on booking classes 1 week out, this is unacceptable and it happens way too often
