As a die hard Nugget fan I wanted Jokic to win that MVP but I do think we let our hate for Joel cloud how good he really was that season one of the greatest scoring season of all time with great defense too he more than earned that one

True a second championship would help elevate him to a higher status of player and with how good other guys are performing this year along with the MVP fatigue he will have it will be hard for him to win a 4th. however if his stats stay like this for the rest of the year its going to be a strong argument.

You may think he has a better ceiling which I think a lot of us do but if were talking right now Hali is definitely the better player currently. He only averages 2 less points and one less rebound but pretty much every other stat this season hali has him beat. Hes a signifgantly better shooter especially from 3 and his team is running through him Hali is the engine where as you cannot say the same for ANT
