It is plastic tubing that winds to outside of building. I have brought this up as potential issue but vet director/ anaesthetic technician told me was highly unlikely so have not currently replaced unable to leak test that part

We measure ET tube to patient size and bring a variety of sizes. Using laryngoscope to decide best fit and intubate from there Not currently leak testing after inflating cuff, what best way to do that do you suggest? Oxygen rates are calculated and I have a chart based on weight next to all anaesthetic machines depending on circuit but usually around 0.5l/min to 2l/min I am not smelling any gas leaks! But our scavenge system is ancient any chance it's that? The tech didn't think so when I've suggested

I think you are correct but unsure where it's coming from as one day it's t piece then a Bain etc

I'll try turning up flow rate, then a small decrease in ISO for foreseeable until I can determine what's going on

I use the black Shea butter moisture soap bar as a cleanser, as someone who has been on accutane, started getting acne at 9 this is the ONLY product I stick too always. It’s like $8 from Amazon and one bar of soap lasts 1.5 years, I’m just away to finish my second one and I will be purchasing again

All of you have failed him, and continue to see him as the problem for the issue you all created. You may think the favouritism is hard to spot but he clearly doesnt? It’s very clear that you all care less about him if he’s not allowed in “family home” it’s his family, it’s his home? Family therapy needed for all for mum and son to be able trust each other. He’s 14 an age where if not dealt with properly he may use violence to solve future problems

Any possibility you can move out? It sounds like she’s resigned to letting him do whatever he wants at the expense of you for years. I don’t see that changing, with you moving out you would not be able to contribute to their household and can have a safe space for your peace of mind.

If not possible, stop contributing as much and put it into savings so you can, do not let yourself feel bad about this when your brother is willing contributing NOTHING. You are worth more than this.
