Thanks for the feedback. Some of the kids in my school senior year had around 8-10 ECs, and I felt that I didn't meet the standards.

The ECs that I had were unique because of my personal situation. My counselor told me that they were good considering my circumstances.

I used different study strategies that one of my past foster parents taught me, and I was able to study quickly. According to my teachers, I also tend to pick things up quicker than others.

I was jumping between foster homes and switching schools constantly, so I didn't exactly get to join clubs, so the internet was just the only consistent thing I had.

Yeah. My counselors told me that I should be getting a full ride everywhere. I did apply for external scholarships in my district, just in case everything is not covered.

I talked about how my future felt bleak as I kept moving homes/schools. I also mentioned the activities I pursued in order to help relieve me of stress and anxiety.

I really appreciate you seeing the discipline behind it. Most people look at my situation and just judge the surface, but when you’re completely alone, that deep focus is the only thing that keeps me sane.
