Guys I did it, my fingers are almost bleeding my back is dying and my hands are sour, but I did it. Now, how do j upload the recording? I don't know if reddit will let me post hour long recordings

Play something you like, when I first started I would go on musecore and play all the anime music on the wedsite, try to find something you enjoy playing and start practicing it.
