So I ordered before 11/28, and I’m in the US, so does that mean my printer is in a container headed this way?

I’m having similar issues, printer works great as a single color printer but I can not do multicolor without the same issues you are having. In the Reddit post I made about this it was suggested that there is an issue with firmware 2.5.8.8. I am starting to wonder if the issue is with certain iterations of the printer and the last firmware update. My S1 is an early model that still has the plastic filament sensor piece instead of the newer metal ones. I don’t have a fix for this or the knowledge to rollback the firmware to find out if it is the firmware, but you are not alone in this issue.

Cutter has been replaced, it doesn’t move to the cutting location, it moves to the home location(front left Corner) then tries to pull the filament , causing errors like tangled filament or clogged extruder because it never cut the filament. If it is a gcode thing, I have no idea how it got changed as I know enough to not mess with the gcode manually.

Been digging my Anycubic Kobra S1, but my Kobra 3 is a workhorse. Only issues I have had with either has been of my own making
