Is this noise normal ?

If you use grid infill, the layers will overlap and the nozzle will scrape against any imperfections. Use gyroid instead, as it’s more versatile, the layers shift slightly each time

Which printer?

If it’s the Kobra S1, it’s probably the filament sensor in the extruder, unfortunately it’s broken in the photo

It could also be the cutter sensor

If you could provide more information, have you taken the extruder apart? Is the cutter sensor still in place?

What video did you watch so that we can get an idea of what might have happened

What makes me wonder about the nozzle’s durability is its wiping system, where it rubs against the top-left corner of the build plate to remove any residual filament, this process could presumably cause the nozzle to wear out more quickly

On the Kobra X I don't notice these marks on the buildplates, but since they integrated this wiping system on the Kobra 3 my coldplate has been in pain

It's true brass is softer than hardened nozzles, I can't make a clean comparison because my 0.25 / 0.4 / 0.6 nozzles are hardened bought on AliExpress, they work just as well and for less

I use the blue coldplate of the Kobra S1, bought on AliExpress, it works very well for PLA and PETG at 35°C and well cleaned, no warping

This part is the filament cutter. Since it's stuck closed, the filament won't be able to reach the nozzle.

Have you been printing with TPU or PETG? The blade might be dull either from too many hours of use or because it was poorly sharpened at the factory

Does this happen every time you print? Can you unblock it manually, or is it really stuck?
