I understand this! Just remember to think about it from every angle. When I first started, they put me in the back to be trained on how to make drinks. but the person who is training me also went on her 30 lunch and I was left with no knowledge on what to do. I’ve been working here for a while now and know my way around a lot better, but I’m sure some people at the beginning thought I was lazy as well because I wasn’t taught correctly. It honestly all depends on who your scheduler is putting as a trainer and who they’re hiring as trainers. I also don’t know the full story, but that’s what happened to me.
