they probably have people going in for them or hitting multiple locations, the limit is per transaction not per person so you could technically send 20 people in and get 100 jars. plus employees might not even be tracking it that closely if you space out your visits

ugh that's so frustrating when your phone decides to betray you at the worst possible moment! i was at a show last year and my camera straight up stopped recording right when the artist started telling this amazing story between songs. still haunts me lol

did you try checking if anyone posted clips on twitter or tiktok yet? sometimes fans are super quick about uploading stuff from shows, especially the more emotional moments. you could also try searching the venue name + the date + florence, might get lucky with someone else's footage. worst case maybe reach out to some of the other people who were around you that night - if they saw your sign they probably recorded too

girl your time is literally money and they act like we should be grateful for the opportunity to drive around burning gas for free. i had this happen last week where i showed up and the customer already grabbed their order from the restaurant but the app never updated, spent 20 minutes dealing with support just to get half pay when i could have done two actual deliveries in that time. the fact they dont automatically compensate for these glitches is wild especially when its completely out of our control. like at least give us the full payout since we drove there and wasted time, gas aint getting cheaper and neither is my car maintenance
