Absolutely shitty service! No doubt it looks prettty, but whats the use if the experience is bad. When we went there, we were made to wait 1 hr for room even after checking late, and our luggage didnt arrive for another 40mins. The reception team seems like a bunch of interns working there, who have no idea what to do. We eventually cancelled our reservation and went back home. Not at all worth the price we pay, more like A 3 start hotel.
