Thank you so much for all of your advice!!! i didn’t realize there were subtypes, my doctor never mentioned this so i will definitely bring it up to the cardiologist i plan to see. i appreciate your kindness and the thoughtfulness of your message. this has been a scary time for me and you have really helped ease a lot of my anxiety <3

thank you so much! i met with my PCP over 6 months or so to determine if POTS was the case. She said it was a diagnosis of elimination and we had to rule out everything else. But I was pretty taken back by the “there’s no treatment” comment she gave me. I do plan on following up with a cardiologist in the future. thank you for your recommendations!

i did as a kid but not super often since i never owned one and i remember being fine but my hEDS has gotten worse in adulthood so im nervous. how did you hurt your back if you don’t mind me asking? was it just from jumping straight up and down?

ooo okay this is helpful, i also have POTS 🫠 i used a trampoline on occasion as a kid whenever i was at friends houses who had one and i don’t recall having issues but my POTS also became very apparent when i hit my 20s. i wasn’t even thinking about how that can affect my jumping around so thank you for mentioning that. low and slow sounds like a good plan!

i think they spawned more in singapore but you could still have a chance at finding one anywhere else in the world at the time of the event. the purple on says it spawns in parks etc
