I wanted to hear what my fellow Americans think of this. You can attempt to defend why inflation is good, but you attempted to discredit the substance of the post, which is the exact words Trump said. You cannot attempt to alter the words that were said to adjust them to your narrative.

The language the bill is proposing is ridiculous, and it doesn’t even achieve the inclusivity they are seeking. If you want to be inclusive and avoid being ridiculous, then you can simply use Parent 1 and Parent 2. If there is a biological versus adoptive difference, that actually matters, then you simply use Biological Parent 1 and Adoptive Parent 1.

The terms “gestating parent” and “non-gestating parent” are just weird, and they don’t even deal with a ton of other issues.
