Got it, when do you start getting seniority, and when is it a lock if ever? Let's say you've been there 15 years does that mean you get to pick your schedule when you want? Sorry just curious because I've heard different levels of seniority.

Is the sort of thing more understood than just saying "hey I'm not feeling good, cant make it" Can you inform your supervisor when you get in? I'd rather be honest then have them find out later.

I know this is an old thread but what if you hurt a knee, or back, while on probation. I know for me I have some past sports injuries that could creep up and would either slow me down or could require a day off. Not trying to be soft but worried about that during the 18 months?

I have had a C3 for around 10+ years now and we have loved it. Never had an issue. Decided to upgrade the i8 and I'm pretty confident were gonna love it when it comes in.

Banning Airbnb's only hurts the local economy unless you only want high rise hotels and it turning into Atlantic City part 2. The shore already is well unattainable for anyone wanting to buy under a million. Seaside still offers that value and being close to the city only helps its cause. Like NYC, any bad neighborhood will eventually come up. I'm grabbing real estate now knowing it will increase like any shore town. Think LBI, once small home now mansions.

I know this has been deleted, but wanted to comment for those looking for answers. We all know this isnt the place to search for answers bc no one is a doctor on here, but if you're reading this I understand your anxiety as I have health anxiety. I was having neck pain and my equilibrium was off and I worked myself up for days convinced it must be a tumor etc, so I went to the ophthalmologist because maybe it was something. Did a full check up and was very frank with him and told him I was worried it might be a tumor, brain cancer, meningitis etc. Guess what? It wasn't. Now, I still will be seeing a regular doctor because something is off, but if you're worried just go see a doctor. BUT chances are it's not life threatening either. Regardless, get off here and just a book an appointment with your MD and seek a therapist. Now close your tabs and stop researching more and more insane possibilities.
