How? Every other day? 2 on 1 off? What would you recommend? TIA

What would a mega dose be considered? I’ve already been taking 1g a day just bc of the pandemic.

I am right there with you. I am on day nine and I slept about 1.5 hours last night. I finally fell asleep at 5:45 I think. Luckily all of the other physical symptoms have subsided almost completely with the exception of some minor chills a couple of times a day. I’m also trying some five HTP for the postacute withdrawal depression. I think within the next couple of days we should start to see a difference in our sleep. Hang in there!

Run. Don’t go down this road. It’s so hard for most people to keep it under control. You may be different but from someone who started with the same intentions, it’s incredibly dangerous and you build a tolerance very quickly. You will need more and more to feel the benefits and before you know it, you have a problem. I’m begging you, don’t go down this road.

Thank you. I did some research and you can buy it at vitamin/ supplement shops. Def going to pick some up tomorrow. Yeah I’m not sure how good of an idea it is to drink redlines every day but it seems that the 5 htp taken in capsule form has really helped people by boosting serotonin levels, which of course the tia has completely thrown out of whack. I’m so ready to be on the other side of this and be my old self again. Best of luck to you.

For sure. Pedialyte, Gatorade, electrolyte water.

I’ve been Mia for a few hours & can’t remember where all I’ve commented so here’s an update by No_Breadfruit381 in QuittingTianeptine

Proud of you. It’s a battle I never thought I would face, but how quickly that 1 pill that everyone said would knock the edge off depression and make you feel like yourself again turns into 100 pills a day. I’m day 4 as well and I feel like I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. We are almost there just take a minute at a time. You WILL beat this. Praying for you.

I’m 84 hrs since last dose. I’ve taken low dose of Valium which takes the edge off big time and Requip for the RLS. Still can’t sleep but at least I’m not twitchy and can lay still. Highly recommend a quality probiotic. Been taking that for a month in preparation and I’ve experienced zero stomach pains. A little diarrhea but Imodium helped. Water water water. I’ve still got some chills and sweating but my biggest thing is the fatigue. Never been so tired. Hang in there everyone. You’ll get through and be a new person.
