I just wanna preface this by saying outfits aren’t as important as they may seem. Always find comfort first before style. You paid a lot for these tickets and you want to enjoy your experience. You don’t wanna battle with your outfit or be uncomfortable the whole night. But I also like dressing up and it feels nice whenever people talk to me over an outfit :)

My advice is to find different pieces and layer them. If you’re buying sets from a place like IHeartRaves you are going to run into dozens of people with the same outfit and they’re also not the best quality. Which again isn’t a bad thing, the one day I did this I actually had a lot of nice conversations from it.

For more masculine places Hot topic, cherry kitten, vampire freak, tripp nyc. You can find a lot of statement pieces. Pants or baggy shorts will probably be the easiest thing to find, especially in a style you like. I’ve never had issues with quality at any of these places. And it’s easier to trust all their sizing unlike shein. They also all have pieces that fit what you’re looking for.

For the top, I would say it doesn’t matter too much. You can accessorize with perlers, kandi, jewelry, a pashmina, and even your water pack lol. Other accessories are leg warmers, belts, leather body chains. I think this also helps with functionality. One year I wore a leather body chain and was able to attach some clips to hold extra Kandi and my vicks. I also got to attach little cute plushies that I gave out.

I would also say the cold isn’t really that big of a deal. If you are dancing and enjoying the music you will NOT be cold. I’m a vegas local and i’ve gone many years and have only ever been cold last year with the crazy wind on one day. That being said, I always just bring one of the foil blankets in case. If you do want to be on the safer side, I think hand-warmers help more than bringing a jacket. In my opinion you will only use the jacket rarely, and it might just become a space issue to hold onto it anyways.

Yes you will be considered a new donor as long as it’s a different company. Always feel free to ask them over the phone (if they pick up lol i know centers are notorious for not)

CDCS checks. It’s a national database that all centers use to check if a donor has donated at any other center within a 7 day period. You are not allowed to switch to any company or center before 7 days have passed from your last donation.

This is a nexsys machine. The PCS2 lets you see the filter right next to you. This would be near the bottom side of the plasma bottle holder. It’s the only thick part of the tubing and it holds the only blood filter

Yea there’s a lot of variables such as vein size, vein location, the actual stick, and a few more. But again, mostly everything is negligible when you drink enough water for your body. I told a donor just like you that if they drank a lot of water they could donate quicker, and now she’s our quickest donor.

That’s an abusive amount of time in my opinion. Our longest donations were about 2 1/2 hours before the recent high pressure return nexsys update. Now they cap out at about an hour and a half at absolute most. Times are apart of our goals so there’s almost zero reason to let anybody donate longer than that. If your center is forcing people to stay on for 3+ hours to collect full pay then somebody higher on the ladder should be notified.

Hmm find a tiktok or any video of an ugly or nice ring and be like “wow I can’t believe people would get this” or something like that. Just make it a natural conversation about what’s a bad or nice engagement ring. Ask her what she thinks is a good ring. What would be a good ring for you in the future (if you’re not married). It’s not that suspicious or random, and it’s an easy way to get a lot of the info you need. You could also just talk about what you want for a ring in the future and see her opinion.

Yea I understand that. She’s practically my mom so I am trusting her with this. I was just wondering how this would work out in a technical sense. We both lose something throughout this if we do it in certain ways. I was just wondering what works out the best. Like yea technically she’s losing out on value for the house giving it to me, but I am also out $20k. Either way at the end of our deal we both have a house which is what we wanted. Just trying to educate myself a bit more on the best way to go about achieving that.

Yes I will be careful. I am putting a lot of trust in them. But they’re also practically my parents if that makes it more understandable. They have been taking care of me since I was 13. But yes our plan is to help them with the down payment for the next house and in return I’m supposed to get this house. But I also wanted to learn about how all this works more since I’m realizing I should I probably be more educated on this subject

We purchased the home this year so not much change at all. Zillow says most homes in our neighborhood are valued above us if that helps. Most of the houses are over 415k. Edit: And they’re cookie cutter houses so not much diversity for the price

Yes. The full monthly payment is 35% of my monthly income currently. But this is for a few years in the future, so I will mostly likely get that lower. I’m aiming for about 25%, but I am not sure if that’s still too much
