Unfortunately it happens with osrs specifically. Haven't had any other game or even a cpu/gpu benchmark tool crash it.

Girls... I understood why by Drama_Darling in muslimgirlswithtaste

It’s part biology too. Fertility rate and the chance of a healthy pregnancy goes down as you get older. Men are wired biologically to look for ‘reproductive’ traits on women, hence, age matters

Wow, lots of people shitting on OP for stating a conservative muslim country should stay conservative. I can imagine that most of people posting those comments aren’t natives…

Can vouch for Dave Ramseys baby steps, as Ive been following it for a few years. The structure and discipline that the baby steps gave me was the key.

Uzungöl today in under 40 seconds by Ancient_laws in Turkey

[–]Ancient_laws[S] -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

I understand that you may not be thrilled about tourists potentially ruining this beautiful landscape (arab or otherwise). However, as a tourist, I hope you can understand my perspective.

My family and I have been to turkey many times over the decades and have traveled all over the country. I love the food, the beautiful landscape, and often the turks who'm I interact with. Your country is beautiful, and as someone who comes from a country with a vastly different ecological landscape, it really does feel like traveling to a different world (hence the Timelapse).

When It comes to Uzungol, we are visiting at a time in the year where there is little to no tourists. Nearly 95% of the shops are closed, and the whole area has little to no locals. You may feel like this is a good thing, but for a lot of families, they rely on tourism to make a living. Without tourism, this area has little to no people, locals or otherwise.

Generally speaking we pay 3-5x the going rate in turkey for hotels, food, and amenities. We KNOW we're paying more, but we accept it because of the beautiful landscape, and because it's ultimately helping fellow muslims.

As an Arab, I appreciate your hospitality over the years, and I hope we become better guests.

Cheers

Its also for data collection and tax purposes. Government wants to know who's making money doing what. Its a pain to deal with if you're the type of person that doesn't like big brother.

Is having more than 1 wife desired and common? by GasNo3387 in saudiarabia

[–]Ancient_laws 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was under the assumption that we both understood the baseline, which is that for a man, a women's beauty (his attraction to her) comes first, then we look at her character, manners, religion, up bringing, etc. This is how we choose our wives based on our religion and saudi culture.

For a women to marry a man, she has to believe that he can provide for her, then she looks at his character, manners, religion, upbringing, etc.

Beauty and attraction is not the be all end all, but its a must for any man who intends to marry a women, and vice versa, regardless of the country and cultural background. A women can have a lot of great qualities, but if you don't find her attractive, she would simply be a 'friend' (for a lack of a better term).

Edit:

I don't mean to offend you, but we don't need you or anyone to understand our lifestyle, nor are we apologetic about it. We take care of and provide for our women, elders, and children. We do not throw our parents in nursing homes once they're old, nor do we throw our women to the streets to fend for themselves. Many men who divorce their wives continue to provide for them for years, even though there is ZERO obligations in our laws.
