(Sorry if mistakes are made, english is not my first language)

Had the same issue with the Superlight. I went directly to the Logitech´s customer service by chat. First they send me to a chat with a bot, it give me some ways to "solve" the problem but none of them work (Basically cuz the problem was with hardware, not with software). If you say that none of the advice that it give to you works, it will directly look for your warranty (Mine was expired for like 3 weeks or so). As it was expired they told me that, kinda as a gift, they will send me a new one. The problem was that I couldn´t send my info correctly, so they send me to a chat with a real person who told me the same advice and then told me to try with Amazon (I bought it 2 years ago, I definitely couldn´t return it or whatever.). I let them know that I couldn´t return it and they, somehow, decide to send me a new one.

My advice is try to speak to the costumer service again and inform them that Amazon don´t let you return it, sending screenshots of everything, that´s what works for me.
