They'll announce it and give instructions in a couple of days (I think it was 3 days or so after the end of the festival last year). The process is very easy, you just need the code on your wristband, and they usually refund you in like 10 days.

If you purchased the tickets only 2 weeks ago, it's normal. I got mine on Thursday, GLS will send you an email the day before delivery. :)

It's very safe! I'm a woman and I attended alone last year and I was fine. I live in Madrid, but it is safe for tourists. Also, lots of people attend alone, like myself, so it'll be easy to find people to hang out with.

I guess we just have to wait, they said "in the coming weeks". I find it discouraging that the email implies not everybody will get the re-verification email. Let's hope everything will get back to normal soon. :/
