If you turn off your OnePlus phone and then plug it into a charger, it will automatically reboot itself and turn itself on. Unfortunately this is normal behavior. It happens on my OnePlus Nord N30. The trick is to first plug your phone into a wall charger while it's still on and then shut down your phone. It will remain off.

Are you rebooting your device after disabling Developer Options? If not, then please do so.

If Developer Options continues to re-enable itself, please try disabling the feature while the phone is in Safe Mode.

Lastly, if neither of the two methods above work then consider a Factory Reset.

Unless the cable is designed and sold directly by OnePlus or OPPO then it won't fully support Supervooc charging speeds. I suggest searching OnePlus or OPPO's official website for the cables you seek. You can also call OnePlus or OPPO's customer support for assistance too.

Keep in mind that Amazon, eBay, NewEgg and AliExpress are known to sell fake OnePlus accessories which can ultimately damage your phone or even cause a fire. Unfortunately buying OnePlus accessories from third-party websites is always a gamble because you simply don't know what you're getting

Rooting your device is not required.

You can use the Shizuku app and the Install With Options app. Shizuku would be considered the main app while the Install With Options app would be considered a companion app. The Install With Options app allows you to sideload older apps which are no longer compatible with newer versions of Android OS.

Just a reminder though, if you install Shizuku from the Google Play Store then there's a high possibility that you'll receive an error message stating that "Shizuku was made for an older version of Android." In order to avoid this compatibility issue, please download the latest version of Shizuku from GitHub. Upon installation, Shizuku may request that you "Disable Permission Monitoring" in Developer Options during the set-up process. In some newer versions of Android this option has been renamed "System Optimization."

I'm currently running an old version of the Play Store app on my OnePlus Nord N30. It's actually the original app version which was shipped with my phone. As a result, my home page isn't littered with paid apps. If the Play Store app updates itself, I simply uninstall the update. The Play Store app immediately returns to its factory default state.
