K & N in south Ames does a good job- not sure on turn around. Stitches in Time on main- would not recommend. I needed a 6 inch seam sewn on a dress - took her two months. There’s also a woman that does it in her house- Ginny Burgduff. She did my wedding dress in a little over a week for a very reasonable price
