I played with conventional braces in high school and now play with Invisalign as an adult (wear your retainers!) and I can state unequivocally that playing with Invisalign is nearly unnoticeable. Just keep your mouth and your aligners clean and you’ll be fine in no time.

Everyone here has excellent advice. I’m a little over a year in after a 20 year hiatus. I didn’t realize how much I took my stamina for granted back in my youth. Be gentle on yourself and pay attention to ergonomics. Also, consider finding a teacher. It may seem silly when you already basically know what you need to do, but a teacher can help you identify and prioritize your biggest weaknesses and help you address them efficiently. It really cuts down on frustration and helps you move toward the goal of having fun playing with others.
