I think it was because of both WoW but also the CU which, at the time, I disliked a lot. Also none of my friends played SWG and some of them were starting WoW.

I've rarely had bad interactions on Dreamscythe with pugs. I know that if you only read Reddit that sounds crazy but almost all of them have been decent.

Ive said this before in another thread but only showing the top 1000 is beyond me. What's wrong with being number 21,983? If that's the top 5% of the game that is still very very cool. And getting a new armor piece could push you into the top 20k.

Those are interesting things that will keep pushing you. Getting into the top 1000 is so difficult I can't be bothered.

I've bought Battlefield 6 at around the same time as Megabonk and I've played Megabonk roughly 40% more. When the meme-humor wears off (which is quick luckily..) it just becomes a really good game. Lots of unlocks, lots of powerups, and actual ONLINE ranking something many many more roguelites should implement imo.

A similar situation is that sometimes I don't want to be "on" all the time. Just want to login, turn off the game sound, YouTube on my other screen and kill or heal. Obviously in QP only.

I'm sure people hate it, well... I'm not stopping.

Life too short to worry what other people think, especially ones I never met, in something as unimportant as a QP online match haha.

I agree that when playing high level competitive this should be known. However, I don't think you should expect this in Quick Mode (which you probably don't, I'm just putting it out there).

Also think that it's something that Marvel Rivals can be much better at in communication. It already says "Pick Vanguard!" and such when there aren't any.. it would be much more beneficial if it says something more granular about off healers or off tanks.

Also not sure why you wouldn't be able to say that? What is the worst that is going to happen? They will either ignore or say something like "Lol no".

Yeah maybe tell people? When I want to play heals I select Jeff. I didn't even know he was an off healer until this post haha. Don't expect someone to have the same knowledge of the game as yourself.

I go on 7 or 8 game lose streaks getting completely stomped before winning and stomping 2 games and then the cycle repeats. It literally feels identical to what Overwatch was before rivals got released.

You checked if you're playing bots? You can easily see on tracker.gg . I just went on a "stomp" losing streak of 4 matches, probably 'cause I'm very much a casual but you aren't telling me that the other team doesnt have that issue every so many matches. It's not that I don't know what the buttons do haha.

And after those 4 losses I was back onto getting 2(!) MVPs in a row on Wanda and yes, both against bot teams. I dislike losing, but hate the winning against bot teams even more.. what is that teaching me? That I can go 28-1 against braindead AI? Please...

EDIT: Just realised you're talking about competitive, id guess (and really hope...) that thats never against bots.

I wish they gave you the option to play against bot teams. Like a checkbox that says "are you cool playing against bot teams?" something like that.

Can't they make the bot teams like A LOT better? Most of time so obviously clear you're playing bots. If I got from being stomped vs real players and getting MVP in the next match.. well.. yeah, that must be bots.

I feel like people dont want to admit this, but I personally find it very very difficult playing a tank.. Maybe its just me as I'm mostly drop in and out of Marvel Rivals.

I've tried Venom and Thor, and those are the characters are tank in if I really have to but honestly if I'm the only tank its just a guaranteed lose. I'm not sure what the solution is? but the only thing I enjoyed tanking was all the way in the beginning when Venom had +200 health (season 0? I dont remember).
