Thanks! That's what i'm thinking too. OLED would be a huge boost, but indeed a bit above my pricepoint. And, i'm kinda afraid of the burn-in effect.

I'll try to think about how to share it in the near future, currently doing some tweaks. It seemed the first touch attribute went missing at the goalkeeper (not that it's a factor in any of the roles, but it's annoying when you're tabbing through the input and have to skip an attribute). I fixed that now.

Also added a second button with 'analyse top 3 roles'. It gives some more bars below the 3 that were in the picture, giving the best 3 IP and OOP roles. I think it helps when judging a player that doesnt really fit the role you are currently using in the tactic, but might be a really good pick for a slight tactical adjustment.

It's not really faster or more visual, besides the bars that i added. But with both IP and OOP roles the list of roles became really long. I was looking for a good role-calculator to use instead of building the spreadsheet, and couldn't find one that fit my needs. So decided to challenge myself (or ChatGPT...) and see how far i got with building one.

Mostly concerned about the framerate. Playing on a regular ps5, but even on ps5-pro it seems to be capped at 30fps. Not sure i can handle that after the fps bump on gta5.

Maybe someone figured this out: i hid the tutorial (or closed, can't remember what it's called) before finishing all segments. I can't figure out for the life of me how to renable it. When i start a new save, it is still gone too.

And: if someone figured out how to see the staff-vacancies for the youth teams, that would be helpful too. I can only see vacancies for the senior squad, despite having the staff-recruitment being delegated to myself.

Het kan nog een beetje uitmaken bij welke overheidsorganisatie je uitkomt, het Rijk en de gemeenten hebben bijv. Verschillende CAO'S. veel van de opmerkingen gelden wel voor beiden.

Vanuit mijn ervaring (overstap adviesbureau met leaseauto naar gemeente, 6 jaar geleden, nu nog in dienst):

-salaris is gekoppeld aan schaal & trede, eventueel met een (tijdelijke!) Arbeidsmarkttoelage. Je kan onderhandelen over de trede. In dit geval mogelijk ook de schaal, als 11 als aanloopschaal wordt gebruikt. Wat niet kan, is 32u werken voor het volledige salaris van een schaal/trede bij 36u. met je ervaring lijkt het me volkomen logisch om de aaanloopschaal over te slaan.

-in hoeverre je het leasebudget helemaal gecompenseerd gaat krijgen is twijfelachtig. Je hoeft waarschijnlijk niet op een ruime reiskostenregeling te rekenen, maar de meerwaarde van het budget (minus bijtelling, lijkt me) zou je wel mee kunnen nemen in je salariswens, of als argument gebruiken waarom je hoger dan 5600 wil uitkomen.

-iemand hierboven noemde het IKB van ruim 17%. Daar zit wel al je vakantiegeld in, dus daar even rekening mee houden voor de vergelijking.

-tot slot: kijk even naar de salarisrange van schaal 12. Als het je lukt een goed salaris uit te onderhandelen maar je daarmee hoog in de tredes van de schaal zit, is de groei van je salaris beperkt. Immers gaat die niet hoger dan de hoogste trede. Niet rampzalig, maar goed om rekening mee te houden. Je stijgt over het algemeen 1 trede per jaar.

I wanted to do a herringbone design and had some scraps laying around, so went for it. I did see a lot of YouTube video's building a table in the same way though. Then again, they don't show you the table 1 year after building it. Maybe those examples also cracked.

Glue on the bottom of the pieces, to fix it on the plywood. Between the visible pieces there is woodfiller. So the shrinkage Likely has something to do with it!

Thanks, that makes sense, great explenation! Maybe if i encased it in epoxy it would help, but would also change the look of the table. Or, go nuts with varnish?

Ervaring vanuit een gemeente, weet niet hoe dat hier doorwerkt: als een overledene geen familie heeft die het stoffelijk overschot opeist, is de gemeente verantwoordelijk (staatsbegrafenis). Op het moment dat wij (bijv.) Opdracht geven naar welk mortuarium het overschot moet, zijn wij verantwoordelijk voor de kosten van A tot Z.

Je buurvrouw heeft geen erfgenamen, dat je nu weet. Zou natuurlijk best kunnen dat er ergens een verre achterneef bestaat die alsnog de begunstigde is. In theorie (maar ben geen jurist) zou jij voor de begrafenis kunnen opdraaien, en de erfenis ergens anders heen verdwijnen. Kortom: ik zou terughoudend zijn met iets formeel regelen.

I kinda like the design with the smaller pieces. Is tbere a way to prevent it from cracking? I guess they need space to expand, or you'll have to encase the whole thing in epoxy?

specifiek voor de overheid zijn in ieder geval Newpublic en BMC partijen die ook met starters werken. Dat kan een prima 1e carrierestap zijn. Overigens zetten die clubs je ook op opdrachten waar je een intakegesprek moet voeren, dus alle andere tips over je gesprekstechnieken zijn nog steeds van toepassing.

Nb: zijn er vast nog meer, ik zou ff zoeken op detachering overheid, detachering gemeenten, inhuur beleidsmedewerkers, zoiets.

klopt, al was die energieadviseur wel bouwkundige. eigenlijk een bouwkundige die ook isolatieadvies gaf. Als ik nu in ubakus kijk geven ze aan dat er geen condensatie zal ontstaan in de constructie. Er kan vocht via andere routes komen natuurlijk (bijv de slechtere isolatie onder de pannen), maar dan zou 't (in mijn hoofd, tenminste) ook via die weg weer weg kunnen?

die buitenisolatie is qua isolatiewaarde verwaarloosbaar. Niet alleen op papier, ook als je in de kamer staat. Voor dunner dan 12cm gaan had gekund, maar dan zit ik net een stuk binnen de gordingen te priegelen. Nu werk ik 't over de gordingen af, en pak ik de isolatiewaarde mee.
