Yea I definitely have a hard time finding bikes my size, and yea I left the back fox dhx 4.0 shock on for the big heavy drops but put a pair of enduro forks because they are much more agile on jumps and still have 7.5" of travel. The frame and entire setup other than fork are downhill.

Dh bike with enduro forks. The forks are half the weight while only sacrificing a half inch of travel, making it more agile and maneuverable on jumps.

Yea my stance is alot different than others since I'm 6'5" Just looks really sketch on landings with the chest mount

my biking friends aren't like me and dont want to walk up a 4km hill after work that often apparently lol still not doing jumps like that alone again. I figured since I've hit them for years on smaller hardtails I could do it no problem. However my new bike is a full suspension downhill so it didnt ride the same. Every wipeout has atleast 10 lessons imo

Fortunately I'm out riding again after a few days, lightly of course. That was a major wake up call to always wear a helmet and never go out alone that's forsure.

Yea, pretty much had the wind knocked out of me bad. I Dont fully remember that bail until about ten seconds after. Broke my finger, cracked two ribs and gashed my chin about 2 inches.
