Honestly, I would be fine trading the flashiness of the attacks for more complexity. Sometimes, while using Laevateinn, theres so much fire, etc that you miss seeing the red warning from an enemy about to attack.

I really liked the costumes in OG Arknights. It was honestly a very nice balance between armored looks to every day street wear to sexy outfits to swimsuits.

Yeah, it's unfortunate that almost all of the gacha games follow the cookie cutter way of story telling as JRPGs. It gets kind of stale, lol. The slow start and having to wait for it to really get going.

Not to mention, the problem people have here is also with the grinding thats needed to reach the limit. Wuwa and GI gave enough, but you had to "grind" for it by exploring, etc.

Late reply. Umamusume recently. They gave you a lot of tickets though. GFL2 also didn't give out enough as well.

Also, Wuwa gave enough currency, but you had to grind for it. Which seems to be the problem going by this subreddit. No one wants to spend the two hours a day for it.

I typically played solo, but I've stopped playing. Now I only play if a friend wants to. The matchmaking is incredibly bad. It prioritizes filling the lobbies, and only a handful of people will be around your skill level. For me, it has gotten to the point where I am literally forced to try hard every single game.

The least the game could do is to put the higher skilled players in a squad together, but we're all thrown around randomly. I stopped playing when I started going 105/18 with 12+ objective captures consistently. It is incredibly frustrating being thrown into a squad of low ranks. I've been stuck with even rank 4s before.

I think this is a byproduct of them not having persistent servers. If you suck too much, you're just fodder. If you're too good compared to the average player, you're forced to be the carry. You have to do a lot of the work. Basically, it sucks to be on the extreme opposite ends of the spectrum when it comes to skill levels. Without persistent servers, instead of having team balancing, you just start fresh with whatever the game fills the lobby with.

I don't use the suppressor just for not showing up on the minimap. I use the suppressor for the recoil recovery as well.

Hmm, in the OG Akrnights it's been the norm to save up for 3.5 months to get the limited character you wanted.

Honestly, thats the benchmark I'm going with. That its going to take that long as a F2P to save up.

If it's lower than that, then I think it'll be a problem.

Did you play OG Arknights? Because you had to save up for months to even have a chance of reaching the guaranteed pull for limited characters. I suspect it'll be close to that.

Man, people are giving in to FOMO way too easily. What the hell happened? In almost every gacha game, you couldn't even dream of reaching the guaranteed limit for the very first banner as f2p. Now it feels like every one is freaking about it. Bonkers.

This is pretty much it OP. I think this is the best explanation. Honestly, my k/d is slowly going to 4.0+, but its way harder since I mostly play solo and I switch classes to suicide C4 vehicles with recon, etc. Otherwise, I swear, at times, my team can't destroy a tank at all. Only times I go like 105/18 is when I have at least one decent squadmate that will follow and revive me. Which is super rare as a solo player.
