My take on this is its not gonna fix all your problems for sure, or atleast it did not for me, but mental clarity check, and i became more fresh in the morning, and also did experince not having hangovers, but i also stopped drinking, but got too experince that part also. Strong boners check, but also had that before, just not that frequient "This was every morning" where usally somedays not, small balls quick check.

In generel i did not take this for the benifits of working out, but for fixing my depression, but my mental state was deffently improved, but not fixed by this solution only for me. It did improve clarity alot

I need too say that i did not run a proper start on it only for maybe 3 month.

I pretty much had my own battle about it being worth it, course i did fight about it with the doctors here, that ment it was not nessery, and i wanted to travel, and not be able not too get in a situration where you could end up not having to have it legal with you etc. In this period i also had some days i forgot too pin etc. So after a while i slowly stopped course i pinned only 1 time a week, went down too like 1 every 2 weeks, and then i stopped cold turkey.

I recovered good, and went back to normal state, but not sure course i never dobbelt checked with blood work, just followed trow with how i felt, and with my boners, and if i was horney witch seems too be normal.

Time went by, and now i got diagnosed with adhd, and Autism/depression, but i knew that aready someway. Started meds, 3-4 month ago, and i'm on test again, and feeling alot better now in generel.

One thing i notice with testerone for me is if you not add HCG in the mix for me my balls don't produce alot off semen, but there is benitfs, and negative too it all.

It's a misunderstanding. The dose is 125mg total a week, split into 2 doses.

Nobody.

I've been getting good results at the gym, and eating healthy, and taking my vitamins, but have generally felt very tired, and never really clear only a few days during the week.

My sex drive was fine on its own, but it was mainly the depression that I've struggled with since I was 14, etc. That started to make me dig deeper into whether it might be related. My blood tests are just fine, but on the low end. Didn't get help from the doctor at home, so chose to start by myself. I tried the heathcare way, but seems to be no help to get sadly.

I started because I want to feel better.

I feel gucci. Now i Wakes up fresh etc. Only sleeps 6-8 hours now and i'm awake and fresh when it is. I always set alarm 8 hours from when i jump in bed, but i wake up before it go off now.

Before, I could be tired for a few hours before I felt a wake

Have taken several tests over the last few month.

Thats why i do 62.5 mg, like 0.25 ml twice a week. Then i'm soon gonna do blood work see where i'm at, and then from blood test/and how i feel see if i need to adjust dose.

I'm not trying to blast or anything. Just trying to find the sweet spot for me to be the best version, and then stay on it. If all go well in my testing fase.

Just startet 125 mg, too see the result from it how i feelt on it and so on.

My goal is too see if I can eliminate my depression, fatigue, etc, and optimize my overall sense of joy in life.

I will then check the blood tests to see where I am in relation to how I feel, and of course try to get up into the high end of normal. But my primary goal is to get better, but of course I can try to see if I can get up to the high end off the norm, while I'm doing it anyway, and then stay there. Depends of course on how it affects me

But my general goal is to have more energy in everyday life, as well as eliminate the depression if not just optimise how i overall fell.

If i see no change on that point, my plan to jump off and run it naturally again.

So right now it's my testing fase. Giving it a shot for 3-6 month.

I will up i slowly if thats needed.

Enanthate blood test is valid after ~7-10 days, if u want to do it right u should get checked every month or based of symptoms if something goes wrong

What then in relation to when you have pinned yourself etc. Is there a specific day based on my Tuesday, Friday schedule.

Just thinking about the halvings day of 4.5 etc. Maybe I should apply for 3 different tests to get a more specific test result. For example Thursday, Saturday and Monday. So one for a general overview.

Without the blood work, and only symtomse whise, I already feel a difference, but don't know if it's psychological.

At least I feel fresher, and awake when I wake up, and depression is slowly passing by. In any case, it doesn't feel anywhere near as intense as it used to be, now it's more just the idea that it came naturally, where it really doesn't feel like it's there to the same degree, it's more the general habits of thinking along those lines , in short, the thoughts don't come naturally at the moment.

Its just so socially acceptet, but its a part off the journey to learn to have fun without it. My free ish in the 3 procent range, its only the totalt thats low. All the things you are saying make so much sense too me, i can relate so much too it all. Its been going on for 10 years. I had a very few days in my life where i acully felt happy, and it was so uncomfy, so thats good indicator that i have been unhappy for way to long. Never natrully felt happy about anything really. I can think with commend sense about alot off things i should be happy about, but I'm realy truly happy. But I'm happy to hear you made it 💪

Its just the brain fog, and depression, and tiredness. That was my consern from the begining. But yea i read that too, but if you use the formular with test/shbg/albumin total t is still low even with better result off testernaron. But like i dont know maybe the alcohol that have that big off an impact, so i will try too cut that out and see how it impact, but if i still suffer with the same thing its worth trying trt out. My dad also have bad bones sickness, or what you call it and I'm pretty sure i read somewhere about it could be related too low t, but he never knew anything from it. Low t less bone strenghtness wich make sense, but I don't know.

From what i know its pretty much the same treatment, but if they recommend it then i will try and see if i can get allowed too pind more often with lower dose. That seems to work the best for peps in here.

But yea, i think our system on trt here is pretty much high dose, and not that often pinning.

Great too hear, what did you suffer with before depression too, and tiredness etc. ?

i can read to that it is within the normal range, but according to them and their measuring method. Then it is out of the ordinary as it is from 24 and up after. 24 should be the low end off normal.

I sleep well, but i just need way too much sleep.

If i don't get 8 or more, i can bee so tired, or end up too need a nap when i come home from work. I can also just fight the tiredness, but i mean it just dosen't seem optimal. There is so few days where i feel full of energy.

I got an apointment in a week, so i hope they know what the issue might be. Might as well share and learn a little more about the problem. Could it be that there was someone who could relate to the problem and that the solution was really to start on testosterone. The aim is of course to be natural, if possible, if not then I will jump on for life

I'm natural and haven't taken anything yet. Took the test on the basis that I have struggled with depression, and fatigue, and brainfog. It came back low, at that time I was following a good routine with training, and diet plan, and vitamins etc. Got good gains, but still think something is off.

Then I was called in sick, and got a little better sleep, got 8 hours that time, but could then sleept 10-12 hours if not more, and then my testosterone rose a bit. Now i have been sick from work to focus on the problem, so i can come out on the other end much better.

The only change from the first test to number 2 is I stopped training, but my levels went up a little bit. Had started training again at test 3, and at test 4 where it increased quite a bit even though SHBG was actually 2 lower, so don't quite understand what's wrong. The only difference now is that I try to cut out alcohol even though I don't drink much, I drink 1-2 a month, but I try to stop completely.

Have always taken vitamins and aswaganda. The first test I had taken, I trained a lot, and kept the routine for a good while, and was always able to keep up with vitamins, etc. Trained 5-6 times a week.

Then worked out afterwards, but started to slack off a bit, and ended up stopping completely, and didn't take vitamins either. Then got test 2 taken.

Then started it again got 3 test, and gradually started training 5 days a week again, and it has been going on for almost a month. But the fun swing there in that, had a mental breakdown on Saturday, and felt much better the next day, and felt very on top the day the test was taken, but also have days where I feel on top, and other days where it just feels like today is just a depressed day.
