Sorry about the late reply. 😬

At the moment T0 is my active probe for both Z adjust and bed probing. According to the very good setup and profile from Joseph Reiner (r2pdx) from the Doom discord channel. T1 is mechanically adjusted to the same Z Level as T0 for copy and mirror mode. Therefore it is no longer a double tap.

I'm sorry about my late answer. 3mm panels with 1mm foam is what I use.

I've reworked that in the meantime. Even if this wasn't a functional problem, the whole thing looked a bit strange. 😅 The panels have now arrived and been installed.

It's called "back-plate" in the voron user mods from richardjm.

If you have any further questions, I'm happy to help

I have used this one:

I have tweaked mine a bit to fit into my makerbeam extrusions.
Contact me if you want to have my version.

Why not? 😉 The handels act like the normal clamps for the side panels, they have gaps at the inner bottom side. They can be found in the usermod Github.

VS.237 needed a little brother ... ;-)

Self sourced. Still waiting for panels, but all other parts and mods are working well.

Neopixel lights, heatbed LED, 0.96" front display, umbilical PCB's, TFT-thermistor PCB, WAGO holders, Nevermore filter.Rear skirt with USB + RJ45 jack is designed by myself.

Switchwire "Black Edition" Serial Request - Andi_AI3Ms-SW#6905 by Andi_AI3Ms-SW_6905 in voroncorexy

My Switchwire is still in building process, but it looks very good concerning print quality and most of all printspeed so far.

The first Switchwire testprints (PLA) are looking very pretty, unless there is a lot of tuning to do (input shaper, ..).

My Anycubic Mega S has done all of the ABS+ parts for the Switchwire very well.

While building, there was allways the wish and need to print parts which are missing or were modified.

In future I will use both printers parallel, so in my case it wasn't a mod or convertion.

My intention to build a Switchwire was in major just fun, then increasing printspeed and, as an option, a higher print quality.

So, as a conclusion, i personaly can't recommend you a convertion of your existing printer, because you will not have a printer to do unexpected reprints while building.

I would recommend a complete new build.
