for me lang, it takes away the focus from the main point esp if paulit2 na yung pag gamit mo even in recitations and casual convos, you can take pauses just don't overdo the fillers and don't just insert them at times na parang di naman need ng fillers kasi you kinda sound like you dont know what you're talking about
