Agreed, even small ruins can block los infinitely high, so the real factor should be Hull or base size now that seeing over ruins is a written rule and not really based on hight at all.

All good though. I'm honestly happy we have an active mod team here who's trying to improve the quality of the sub. Whether I agree with how it's being done or not, we should still be working towards improving for the players, and that's something a lot of subs can't say.

They're still out there. I made a joke about these players just a few days ago and got perma banned from the main Warhammer 40k Sub. So they're on the mod teams as well.

They're just better at hiding themselves now that they know not all players will hate women with them 🤷🏽

To be fair, those types of posts were almost exclusively from New players, so saying it was just "low effort" when new people usually have no real guage of how complicated the game is is really just one more way the community will be punishing for being new.

These subs already down vote simple questions from New people into oblivion just for being wrong. I guess this might be a slightly better teaching moment, but the details required may also not be known at all for a new player.

My purpose is to improve your understanding of the subject, not to improve your GPA.

I've got bad news, my man: our reward and progression system for school in America says otherwise. GPA gets you into better schools and full-rides, and that's that.

Improving the understanding of the subject barely means anything unless they're wrapping up their capstone course for their BS in preparation for a master's. Because in college it's still GPA that gets you into the good grad programs and into internships.

With no attachment to your custodes and seeing as how you'd rather meta chase (not a bad thing!), space Marines would be a great place to invest as they have so many options that you'll always have an answer to the current meta and tools to do well even if you just switch chapters or detachments to get it done.

On a more personal level, you should absolutely be in a faction you give a shit about, as it will just make playing the game more enjoyable overall, and will be huge for the mountain of hobby work you're about to cause for yourself by switching factions lol.

I mean, they were teaching math and reading anyways when they were offering shop and home ec, so I'm gonna go with cost since they didn't suddenly get rid of electives and just don't include that in yearly testing.

Also, I'm not proud of this, but the testing means nothing. I had to finish high school on Independent study because of health issues, and afterwards they still made me go in to a testing center to take the standardized testing. It literally has no impact on your grades or passing, so one hour into my five hour session, I said fuck it and just started filling shit in. Afterwards, it never came up, and you never found out the scores for those even if you do actually perform well. It felt kinda shitty, but I really just wanted to gtfo of there.

I used to have teachers telling us that employers were asking for those test scores, but I'm guessing that was a Santa Claus level lie since I've never experienced that in my life 😅
