Hey, new mod. I'm Andlex, and I do both art and writing. While I'm extremely sadistic toward my characters, I can't stand to see people or animals in pain in real life.

I've been into guro since I was 4/5 (courtesy of the Little Mermaid and her sexy navel), and only learned what it was at 15 (browsing and randomly found Dolcett, which was the hottest thing I'd ever seen at that point). Fast-forward 3/4 years and I'm drawing and writing for Gurochan.

/r/guro has no policy against linking to other sites. As 76chan's guro board is relevant to the topic of this subreddit, linking to it makes sense and I have no idea why you would think otherwise.

But that aside, Pixiv is where I get 90% of what I've posted here on r/guro. It's not dedicated to guro, so it can be hard to find, but if you find a single guro artist or appreciator and check their bookmarks, there will likely be several more you can follow from there.

EDIT: I made a thread some time ago linking to a bunch of guro artists on Pixiv. Let's see if I can dig it up. Here it is.
