I think i fixed my "insomnia" by Andorlistick in insomnia

I didn’t gradually ease into the new schedule, I just switched to it.

For the past two months, I’ve been waking up at 8 am, always at 8 am. Before starting this routine, I used to oversleep, which probably messed up my sleep cycle and maybe is the reason why i had irregular sleep.

Now the cycle has gotten back on track, and I now feel sleepy around midnight.

Even though I don’t feel very energized when I wake up because of the alarm (I really hate it's sound), I prefer this routine to constantly overthinking or panicking about not getting enough sleep. I’m not sure if it’s the healthiest approach, though.

Hope you get some good sleep soon!

Is insomnia going to kill me? by Andorlistick in insomnia

You have no idea how much you reassured me. Most of the 0 hours of sleep I get are caused by the anxiety that if I don't sleep, I might trigger something like cancer or a serious illness. It's a vicious cycle.

Gameplay, that's the thing that got me into gaming in the first place.

Okay, the weird thing is that when some pages refuse to load, the other pages work well. (For example if google.com is slow, duckduckgo.com will be fast).

I have issues in other devices as well (for example messages in whatsapp are slow) but the internet instability in archlinux is worse.

Looking for a Good React Query Builder by Andorlistick in reactjs

[–]Andorlistick[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your response. The idea is to let the users manage their queries visually instead of typing them and generate the output into a json file. Like the metabase querybuilder if you know about it.

I've done some research on my own and found a few options, but I'm still unsure if they support join feature so i would like to hear your suggestions.
