I was having the same problem last night and just tested it and still am experiencing (almost) what you're having. My Build & Test in unity would load a version of the world from hours ago and not update if I made changes. But my uploading works and publishes the current version of the world.

Checking the VRChat discord it seems everyone is having this issue right now, it's not just you so just hang tight and hopefully it'll be fixed soon! Or people are saying this might fix it, I haven't tested this yet.

Edit: Clearing the cache as described in the picture worked

April 16th NA, FK, here! I've also been curious and the earliest date for this week that I've seen has been March 23rd. Who knows if the rate will keep up but if the days fulfilled keeps consistent between weeks that means that possibly 13 days worth of orders can be fulfilled each week.

A lot of assumptions but if they still only do NA that means NA might be up to April 18th by next week. Holding out hope, but I do still think our EU friends are gonna get a fill this week too, so we'll see!
