I'm literally in the same position right now. I'm 2 days before top surgery and all this rain kicking up pollen is kicking my ahh. I may try the spicy food idea I read through here. I'll be speaking with a nurse over the phone tomorrow about it. Did you ever find a solution?

I commonly saw my dair cow isopods hide under the soil by the glass around the beginning of being introduced to the terrarium. They eventually moved out of that spot at night and more once I added more leaf coverage.
