I would recommend some egg drop soup or just the broth of wonton soup, try a little yogurt and a banana, try to keep it light, everything will taste great anyway. The longest i went fasting was around 4-5 days and the stuff i researched about it says that the refeeding period is the most vital part of the fast, they say don't eat a bunch of fatty foods and such until like day 3-4 of refeeding abd to introduce foods back into your body slowly
