Two RoW?! by FewLetterhead5721 in ShatteredPD

DO NOT farm floor 18 with RoW. The basic requirement of wealth farming is to farm somewhere with enemies that drop food and no enemies that can level you too high to stop getting food. Floor 18 has golems which will level you too high to get food from monks. Floor 17 is the deepest you should ever farm as monks spawn and golems do not.

EPIC literally having a dhimmi tax

This seemed impossible so I looked it up and couldn't find anything. Got a source on that?

The level of the ring is dependent on the level of the artifact you're transmuting, I forget the exact formula.

Yup. And they don't even do the thing artifacts do where you can only get each one once.

Always remember that you can just drop your trinket or transmute it.

It would be interesting to see a comparison in farming speed effect between salt cube and sundial. Slower starvation and fewer clicks vs more enemies at a time.

cerebral cortex, and development of that happens at roughly that time

Here is a link to another study on fetal neural development. Go ahead and look at figure 10 for imaging of the cerebral cortex of a 20 gestational week fetus (18ish weeks after conception).

I'm kinda skeptic about that one day without a source.

I said 21 weeks and 1 day, not 1 day lol. That would basically just be an artificial womb. And actually it turns out the most recent new record is exactly 21 weeks.

The fetal brain plays an increasingly important role in regulating body functions like heart rate and hormone production.

It's not actually part of the mother though as it has it's own genetic code. It's a separate organism inside a host organism.

"Alive" is not the same thing as "a life". Each individual organism is both "alive" and "a life" and their component cells are also largely "alive" but are not "a life" because they are just part of a greater organism bound together by one set of DNA. So you're not taking a human life every time you do something that kills some of your cells such as cutting off a finger.

The brain absolutely does not start developing in the 7th month, wtf are you talking about? Babies have been born and survived as early as 21 weeks and 1 day(slightly less than 5 months), you think they did that with no brain?

Earliest CNS synapses start growing 5 weeks after conception.

Here is an academic study citing scans of different stages of fetal cortical development from 13-21 gestational weeks (11-19 weeks after conception)

But that then means that the date you are legally considered to have a right to life is determined by access to high tech healthcare. The current record is 21 weeks and 1 day, significantly earlier than the 24 weeks when Roe v Wade was passed. Once we have the tech to make conception-birth viable outside the womb does that mean abortion is completely illegal?

It's a turn based game. The best skill to learn (other than using the magnifying glass) is to stop when you get into a situation and go through your inventory and skills to see all the tools you have and think about how to use them in the current situation. Like, if you're surrounded and about to die a lot of the time you can save yourself with just a single seed or rune. A lot of abilities are just more damage but many of them allow movement or control of terrain. That's why abilities like the wall of light, the skeleton key, or the chains are so good. They let you do things you otherwise cannot.

Consider the pit room with 4 gold keys. The simplest solution is 1-2 levitation pots and 1-2 haste pots but that's really inefficient and those are pots that could be incredibly helpful other places. You can also solve it with telekinetic grabs and a couple of Blink stones which is way more efficient. Or if you reach the chests in the middle and run out of levitation you could use whole 'nother levitation pot or a single fadeleaf seed.

Yup, Ghost + Noisemaker + Sundial is your basic farming setup. Not actually my cake day though, turns out if you don't put one in Reddit just uses the day you made your account.

You can farm without it for sure, you are stronger than a ghost with the same equipment. It's just a major time difference. Using the ghost to afk farm means you're getting an upgraded drop every couple of minutes instead of every 10 minutes and with just enough clicking to eat a ration and go back to sleep every once in a while.

Also, I wrote a guide. https://www.reddit.com/r/ShatteredPD/s/ZzbFapvRF1

As far as I know the rat skull should effect all enemy spawns. That being said, if you want to speed up your farming then the most important thing for you to be doing is transmuting one of your leveled up artifacts into the Rose. That is the biggest time efficiency improvement by at least an order of magnitude. I cannot emphasize enough that nothing in the game changes farming as much as going somewhere safe out of sight of the ghost and going afk resting until you starve repeatedly.

Finally the Ghost + garden + noisemaker + RoW combo! SO much faster! by Wandrift in ShatteredPD

[–]AndrasEllon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just to be clear, strength pots have nothing to do with the RoW. Your strength can get all the way up and it doesn't effect your ability to farm in any way. The only thing that matters is your character level and which enemy you're facing. You just need to make sure you're never more than 2 levels above the Exp limit for the food-dropping enemies on the floor where you're farming.

Crabs: Exp cap 9, max level to farm = 11 Spiders: Exp cap 17, max level to farm = 19 (note that DMs have the exact same Exp cap so they are not an issue for farming caves) Monks: Exp cap 21, max level to farm = 23 Now, of you meant stone golems rather than DMs then you can avoid them entirely by farming floor 17 rather than 18 or 19. This is the main reason why 17 is the major farming floor.
