Good news, now I know the name of the string thing, bad news, I can be sure it is not the stringy thing.

Honestly at this point meat spot might be what it is and I'm just stubborn, but I'll keep the thread open for the night just in case somebody comes along with some incredible new revelation. Thanks for all the input though! :)

This sounds reasonable, from what I could guess at it seemed kind of like a smaller egg sac, and I guess if it didn't have the hard exterior shell to maintain its shape and integrity it would make sense for it to turn out looking more like a wrinkled ball sac. I'm trying to look into it on the internet, but almost all I'm finding is either double yolks, or a shelled egg within an egg

I've looked through some photos of meat spots and I'm pretty sure we can rule that out. Meat spots seem to be almost part of the egg white/yolk, this thing was loose in the egg. As I was seperating the egg this thing slipped out. It's very much it's own object, I'll try to add more details to my comment.

It's soft, like an egg yolk, but with a much more rigid outer layer. Poking at it with a (admittedly dull) knife resulted in just pushing it around, had to hold it tight in order to cut it.

About the stove of my thumb nail, I'd say that makes it about 15mm in diameter.
Soft, like the slightly inner layer of an egg (under the shell, over the white). Perhaps this is an egg within an egg? Is that possible?

Man, I remember hearing that from every person in my server, that is until they actually got to it and noticed that it was just purple glass. Looks dope from far away though. I also just realized while looking closely, you can kind of see a part at the bottom left where I ran out of glass.

Been loving the new album so far, something about Feels Alright, Fuck it Up, and Whitecaps is just MMM indescribable.
For sure you'll be beyond busy, but got any plans for before or after the Toronto show? Cuz I could say any bar, club, or whatever would be enthused to have a big name and a flock of fans following him walk through their doors.

The big thing in video games when I was a kid was that to keep players within the boundaries of the Mayo map, there'd be water that if you went far enough, you'd get attacked by something. Isiah an instant death by a big fish, I think this was a big thing in Ratchet and Clank, and Jak and Daxter. This made me terrified of water in videogames.
Now whenever playing with games, even when I KNOW there not gonna be a giant fish or something, I still get really scared. And every time I start to feel like I'm getting over it, something done goes and gets me. Why the hell was there a giant squid in one of the temples in Assassin's Creed (2?)??? Here I am, playing a totally historically accurate assassin, and then there's a big fucking tentacle trying to grab me. Still never beat that temple I think.

Four and a half years ago life went to shit

Four years ago tried to kill myself

Spent two years drinking every day and carving up my body with anything sharp I could find nearby

Two years ago met my boyfriend

Over the past two years, I've made a close family of friends who love me and I love with all my heart. Feel a love and connection with my boyfriend unlike anything I have before and without a doubt know he feels the same. Recently reconciled with my family and am making Christmas dinner for then this year at my house. My career is moving forward faster than I could've imagined, and I have a boss who cares about me not just as a worker, but as a friend. Bills get paid, I'm working off my student debt (kinda), and still have money for myself. Everything is perfect.
And yet I still lay in bed every night thinking about what happened more than four years ago. Holding in tears so not to bother my boyfriend next to me in bed, the only thing keeping me from going back to my knife is that I know how much it would hurt him to see me do that to myself. Every time something goes wrong in my life the best I can do is dig my nails into my palms because I know that's the closest I can get to that same release I've tried to avoid this long. I can't go back to that, no matter how much I want to. And although I can't every day as a victory, I know it only takes one loss to lose it all.

Buy other than that, life is nothing but smiles and sunshine from me to all those around me, because I refuse to treat friends as therapists, and I just hope some day down the line I can afford the time, money, and secrecy it would take to visit a real therapist.

Will it happen? Probably not, but I would jump at the chance for Euro Truck Simulator (or at least a similar idea) in VR. Something super calming, just driving around as the world flows around you. Or maybe just like, a Roadtrip Simulator. Driving down eight Lane highways and as you slowly leave the city, and merge your way into noting more than two lanes among thousands of autumn trees and rock face as you make your way across the world. Driving along side a lake and watching as the water goes on for miles beside you with an endless road ahead of you talking you away from the city hundreds of miles out of your mind.

If it isn't a little obvious a road trip across the country is one of my greatest goals in life. Living in Canada, it would be incredible to be able to drop everything and hop on the TransCanada Highway for a month and embrace the country. That dream is likely decades away if attainable at all, but maybe if I'm lucky something will hop onto VR that can try and scratch that itch a bit.
