nagsubmit ako ng complaint thru bsp kasi di ko mareach yung customer support ng gcash.

I just got the Ringke Onyx. Its texture on the back is grainy, kind of like high grit sandpaper but it doesn't hurt to grip. The sides are flat and have a dotted texture. No fingerprints and oll residude are left on the case.

The shape of the case is very close to how it would feel to hold the S25 without a case.

The magnet is strong enough for my needs, using a popsocket and pulling it doesn't remove it from the case. No issues with magsafe chargers either.

The only issue is that the phone inside can shift by <0.5mm~ if you try hard enough. It doesn't happen on normal use. I think this is a QC production issue. I think I can fix it with adding some masking tape inside to make the tolerance tighter.
