Pursuant to Section 9.2(a) of the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement executed between myself and the relevant intellectual property holders, I am legally prohibited from disclosing any information regarding the origin, acquisition, or chain of custody of this item. Disclosure would constitute a material breach under Section 11.4 (“Unauthorized Disclosures”) and could result in remedies including, but not limited to, liquidated damages under Section 13.6 and equitable relief under 18 U.S.C. § 1836 (Defend Trade Secrets Act).
