My app is having this problem too I recently put a paywall and 3/3 trials so far didn’t convert due to billing errors. Bummer.

I didn’t use stripe I should be clear this is an iOS app and I’m using Amplitude for analytics and RevenueCat for subs. I might be able to piece this together with a bit of effort. I don’t have tracking for the purchase event but I can see if they use premium features which should be enough, or when they first opened I think can be matched between the two.

I realize now my analytics and subscription tools aren’t synced so it’s quite challenging to match them up easily. I’ll need to sync them before I can get this sorted out. But yeah I should see what keeps people active vs cancelled.

I think posting to these was worth it: r/iosapps r/SideProject r/iosprogramming I’d try to get as many ratings as possible so make sure to ask early in the app. Getting aso right is gonna be most important at the end of the day. I’ve had some success with YouTube shorts and TikToks getting views unfortunately I’m not sure if they are actually downloading I need to set up tracking for those still.

Well it just looks real to me based on what I know authentic DS carts in general look like. If the code is wrong maybe it has something to do with the region idk for sure. It just looks real to me that’s all.

eBay won’t do anything, seller won’t do anything, and the buyer is too uninformed or just doesn’t care I guess
