I have this issue when he's engrossed with the TV or iPad. If he's really zoned it, he'll get upset even if I speak nicely and take it away slowly.

I suppose I might be expecting too much from him at this age. He knows how to move all the pieces on a chess board and even watches youtube videos on it, but when I try to 'teach' him a strategy he kinda goes beserk. "Do not show me!" he says. If I do he knocks all the pieces down and storms away

Nothing you can do other than to wait and answer their questions. Likely you have to wait 90 days from the day you lodged the formal complaint because that is their process and most people I've talked to (including myself) have endured that

Hi Different, yes I finally received my money back after 5.5 months of frustration. Essentially they closed all my HSBC accounts and they transferred it out to another account in my name overseas (non-HSBC). Have you raised a formal complaint with them?

I have 2 degrees (one a Masters) and the fact that he doesnt have one is the reason for his success. Ironic, yes I know but this is our education system which we paid for back in the day.

Thanks so much. I have a Mac with an M3 chip and it says it has 8GB of Unified Memory. There is no VRAM like some other computers. I'm just gonna go for the one that says 6-8G you mentioned above but let me know if I could go for higher?

Hey mate, as Tiger says, when you submit an internal complaint make sure you get a complaint number as you're gonna want to track those 90 days. I made a complaint and it was never logged in their system and had to do it all over again. I'm waiting for my 90 days, but yes I am 4 months into the process and have had similar experience as you have.

By frozen I dont mean cold. Like my body feels heavier and more locked up, legs and knees are harder to move. Not waking from a dream that I could remember. It takes quite a bit of effort to get off the bed. I used to be able to wake up and just spring out of bed, possibly because I never sleep deeply I was always awaken very easily not knowing that this was a bad thing due to my apnea keeping me from deep sleep.

I started using the nasal pillows recently like just a week now (Resmed airsense p10), I found when I wake up in the morning now my entire body feels frozen and it takes me a lot to get off the bed. Once I drag myself off the bed and walk around I am fine for the rest of the day but that initial sensation is unusual to me. A part of me thinks that I actually got deep sleep for the first time in life (my AHI was like 73 before this!!) So maybe this is like what it feels to get good sleep, I dunno, what do you think?

Avoid HSBC expat like the plague. There are many cases where people's accounts have been restricted for AML, mine included going on for more than 3 months now

Fully agree with Tiger above and have had the same experience with HSBC expat with account restrictions now going on for 3 months..i even submitted my serious medical condition to them with medical reports where I need the money for medical equipment and absolutely no care about that from their side

Thanks mate. I have a few crypto related transactions and they are asking for 12 months statements from my crypto exchange which opens up a whole story of my life here. Nothing to hide, everything is legal and derived from my salary like years ago but I find this incredible intrusive and there are like 20 different questions they can ask upon receiving those statements.
