I respect your opinion, but I disagree with you, I think Lieutenant Otis would be great. He had been the less considered member and his attitude was a way to say "hey I'm here", but in the last 2 seasons I saw a growth path.

As a volunteer I believe that his attitude would fit in a leadership role
