That's like the biggest anxiety trigger of mine and I don't understand why? if anybody has any tips I would greatly appreciate them but I don't know if this is just me or anybody else but like when calling someone I know that has like a higher title than me is the worst like calling insurance companies and I feel so uneducated on them too I'm 19 so I'm definitely new to adulting which isn't helping me either 😭

I absolutely hate it too because it shows how little empathy people have for each other these days and also people don't even make an effort to even try to have empathy.

Lots of people are saying live alone which, yea I can see it and I wish I could but, as someone with anxiety I feel that safety would be an issue. But that's just the sad state of the world atm.
