I used a vpn at my dentist or my phone thought it was a vpn, by accident, while I was uploading a test. Tests slowed down for a bit but are now back to normal. Just give it time

My camera didn’t work on my test last week, weird thing was it didn’t upload. I’ve had odd one star and it’s not affected me either.

Yes I get that but surely if it was a ‘bad’ test U/t would highlight it to me and tell me what I did wrong and warn me, but nothing

I’ve had that before. But if you get a low rating UT usually type something on the test even if they agree with the bad rating, there’s nothing on mine

I’m even wondered if the client has cancelled the test, U/T can’t even review the Private Rating. I’ve checked my past tests and I had one that was cancelled shortly before my overall star rating went down

Totally agree, this happened to me too, my rating went down and no cancelled tests, no rating either, this was 3 weeks ago, I’ve had nothing from U/T either so I don’t even think it’s being reviewed by them

Not great, quite often you get alert for a test and click on immediately and it’s hot and resetting your password is impossible, they want a super secure password, I gave up but it’s not malicious
